Aileen Adamson was born in 1976 in the community of Nyapari, in the heart of the APY region of South Australia.
She lives in Fregon with her husband and four children. Her paternal grandmother is the well-known Tjungu Palya artist, the late Kunanmara (Eileen) Stevens.
She has joined the Kaltjiti art centre where she represents Piltati country, her grandmother's territory, as well as the Wanampi Tjukurpa - the story of two water snakes.
